We are proud to announce the release of our first free WordPress theme, Tremor. Tremor has been in the works for about six months but we finally found some spare time to get it ready for release. I have been using this theme over at my personal site for quite some time, but I thought it was time to share.
This theme is a 3 column widget ready theme. It is XHTML Strict and a CSS 2.1 compliant and uses the author’s comment highlight hack and carries a GPL license.
Enjoy and let us know what you think!

Hi - really like your theme, i downloaded it today. What size should the image be for the header.png file? I tried one and it was gigantic….do we have to size it to a certain pixel size? thanks Jim

Thank you for the kind compliments!
The image size width can be 890px and the height is up to you..

THanks! Is there a way to change the word ‘home” that appears at top right to something else?

Oops, one more quest - is there a way to change the setting so that the title stays full sized even after you’ve viewed it? many thanks

Yes to change the “Home” text you would simply edit the header.php from your backend theme editor. You will see the navigation code with only the home specified that is for when you add more pages they will be dynamic. As for Title could you show me an example please?

yes - my blog is passyourplateedmond.com - it seems that the titles of each post get resized to a much smaller font after I’ve viewed them once, at least on my computer…

Just downloaded and activated the theme, and I love it. One question though: Where/how do I edit the content under “Author”?
September 4th, 2008 at 9:05 pm
Thanks for the compliment Jeff - it means a lot. To edit the section under author you would go to your “theme editor” and select sidebarL.php and you’ll see the author in and the < p> you need to edit.

will this theme be compatible with WP 2.7?
November 6th, 2008 at 7:10 pm
I will be testing it in the 2.7 Beta this week, so it will most definitely! If any problems come up let me know and they get fixed!

Hi
I like your theme. Testing it now on http://rekstenfilm.no
Noticed a problem with Safari. The right-most menu entry will display slightly outside of the container..
Is there a fix for this? In style.css?

hi. thanks for coming out with a nice theme. i have some questions though. is it possible to change the colors. i would like to use a red, blue, yellow and white color combo as a reference to our national colors. also i uploaded a png file but i can’t seem to get it to appear on the header. i’m not too knowledgable about this. could you provide a step by step instruction? thanks in advance and more power.

Hello, i am using your a variation of your theme for a friend’s site however it doesn’t seem to work for IE or SAFARI
when looking at the site through IE6 it has the top menu as a vertical list rather than horizontal, it has the image and title as expected but then all the content is outside of the ‘table’ ie it doesn’t seem to stay within the divs correctly.
any suggestions on a fix?
i also notice the theme doesn’t valid for xhtml strict either.
